Obituary for TYSHON LAVOR BRISCO
To describe the beautiful life of Tyshon Lavor Brisco words like dedicated, leader, strong willed, determined, focused, competitive, humorous and adventurous are just a few of an array of great qualities he possessed. As family, we grew to know him as "Tyshon" or "Ty" and his friends knew him as "Gotti".
Born to Debbie Kellam and Manchester Brisco on September 4th 1983, Tyshon was a son, a brother, a father, a nephew, a cousin and a friend to so many. Tyshon cherished his mother and he loved his sister even though they fought, endlessly. He also enjoyed giving advice to his foster sisters.
Tyshon's early years were filled with fun and laughter. Ty had a passion for fast cars and sports. Ty loved football and track. He was an active member of the Upper Marlboro Boys and Girls Club where he excelled in his craft. Ty received many awards and trophies in competitive sports. Football and track and field were Ty's favorite activities and he was determined to be the "Allstar".
In May of 2002, Tyshon received his diploma from Frederick Douglas High School in Upper Marlboro, MD. Ty had a love for math in school. He would often say, ''Numbers are my favorite thing because I love money. If you can count then you can't be cheated."
