Obituary for HENRY N. JONES
Henry Norvel Jones was born on November 29,1945 to the late William and Catherine Jones.
Henry received his education from Calvert County Public School system and later joined the United States Army. Soon after being discharged from the Armory Henry began working in the field of Construction for a short time then changed to Farming. After many years he returned back to working Construction under the Late John Holland.
In 1967 Henry met the Love of his life Madara. After a lengthy Courtship they were united in Holy Matrimony on April 16, 1984 sharing 51 years together.
Henry was a true Sports Fan who watched hours of Football, Drag Racing and Bowling. Henry also loved his favorite Football Team the Dallas Cowboys, along with his other favorite hobbies of Fishing, Hunting, Working on his truck and Yard work. Henry
Greater love was for his Pepsi Soda's. He loved Pepsi so much his Niece Chimere started calling him "Uncle Pepsi" On October 4, 2009 Henry was baptized in the Name of Jesus and received the Gift of the Holy Ghost.
Henry was called home on October 6,2018. He was preceded in death by his Parents William and Catherine Jones, Daughter Felicia Jones, Two Sisters Betty Jean Stewart and Dorothy Holland, Son-in-Law Jason Kinney and Father-in- Law Elmer Mackall.
Henry leaves to cherish his memories his Wife: Madora, 2 Daughters: Leslie and Candice, 3 Sons: Dorille, Henry and Shawn, Sisters: Shirley, Mable, Ophilia (Joe), Theresa, Veronica (Melvin), and Verlene (Galand), 1 Brother: Forest, Grandchildren: Shaunita, Ra'Shawn, Tayonna, Henry, Latorya, Ciera, Mieshia, Ja'Kaya, Jason, Shayla, Micah and lshyne, Great Grandchildren: Simeyah, Aaliyah, Saniyah, Cortez, Liyah, Amariyhea, Naniii and Qanaz, Sister-in- Laws: Eilene( Irving), Ollie( Claude), Thelma, Velma, Mary(Steve), Margreat (Winston), Brother-in-Laws: Elmer ( Patrice), Jerome( Joanne) and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousin and Devoted Friends.
