Obituary for Travis De'angelo Wallace

Travis DeAngelo Wallace, beloved son of Robert Jr. and Della Wallace departed this life peacefully on Wednesday, June 11, 2008.
Travis was born on September 12, 1964 in Anne Arundel, Maryland. His parents laid a spiritual foundation in his life at a young age. He was baptized at 9 years old, while being a member of Apostolic Faith Church of Jesus Christ the Lord, Inc. He spent his childhood years in Calvert County, Maryland with his eleven siblings. Travis attended and graduated in 1982 from Northern High School, where he enjoyed playing football and running track.
After completing his high school education, Travis immediately entered into the workforce as a heavy equipment operator. He traveled to Washington, DC, where he secured employment until 1992. During that period of time, he was introduced to his wife, Debra (Padgett) Wallace. From this union, they had five children. In 1992, they relocated back to Calvert County for him to enhance his skills and pursue better employment opportunities.
Travis was employed by various employers within Southern Maryland as a heavy equipment operator. Having multi-talents, he was skilled in auto mechanics, landscaping, and home improvement. Being a jack of all trades, he helped maintain the upkeep of his dad and sisters school buses. When it came to repairing anything, call Travis. If you needed wood, hay, grass seeds, tires, etc., he was the MAN.
