Oliver also loved to bet on the horse races every chance he could, and despite his illness was overjoyed to have recently shared a day with his sons at the track just like old times. Throughout his life, Oliver became well known for his passion for gospel singing and he was a devoted member of the Gospel Cavaliers. the True Gospel Singers. and Mother's Dream. Oliver also loved his Corvettes and would never sell any of them no matter how high the offers.
