Obituary for MARCUS CHASE, JR.
Marcus Chase Jr. better known as "Boobie" departed this life on May 17, 2020.
Marcus Chase Jr. was born on September 9, 1993 to Audrey and Marcus Chase Sr.
Marcus was raised in Calvert County and graduated from Calvert High School Class of 2012. While attending Calvert High School he majored in Masonry at the Career Technology Center. He was a great athlete. He played football for the Prince Frederick Eagles and basketball for the St. Mary's County All Star team.
Marcus was known as the jokester of the family making everyone around him laugh. Marcus was stylish or as he would say "I'm fresh"..he always had to have his shoes, his shirt and hat match when getting dressed. In his spare time Marcus loved hanging with his family and friends. He loved helping his dad with his business M & S Tire Service. Boobie would always say the M & S stands for Marcus and Son. He loved spending quality time with his mom; he loved music and dancing. Everyone knows his favorite foods were fried chicken and pizza. Oh how he loved his pizza. Marcus was well liked by everyone and his smile would brighten any room. He was loved greatly and left a footprint on whomever he came in contact with.
Marcus leaves to cherish his memories; his devoted mother Audrey Chase, his father Marcus Chase Sr., his two sisters Helen "Keshia" Bush (Scott) and Shavondra "Nicky" Hawkins, one niece Zaniyah Bush, one nephew Zavion Hall, Grandparents Josephine Chase and Della Brown.
