Obituary for LORRAINE JOHNSON
Lorraine Johnson, known to many as Bobo, was born April 4, 1961, to the late Alverta Mackall and Leroy Johnson in Calvert County, Maryland. On March 28, 2022, at 4:35 PM, after enduring a long battle with his health, Bobo earned his wings and departed his life at Washington Hospital Center.

Bobo received his education through Calvert County Public Schools. After school, he spent most of his time working as a bricklayer. Bobo also worked in housekeeping at Calvert Memorial Hospital, now known as CalvertHealth Medical Center.
No matter what Bobo went through, he never complained. Regardless of what he was going through, especially when it came to his health, Bobo always kept a positive attitude and left his faith in the hands of the good Lord, Jesus Christ. For many years, Bobo remained a faithful member at Carroll Western United Methodist Church and was still an active member at the time of his death.

On June 1, 2013, Bobo took on the responsibility of becoming a father to 10 children when he married his wife, Rochelle. Bobo was a great husband and father, and always did what he could to make his wife and family happy.

Bobo’s favorite activities included watching his favorite shows and movies (anything on the ID channel, In the Heat of the Night, The Andy Griffin Show, Family Feud, The Five Heartbeats, Brotherly Love, etc.), playing DoubleUCasino, spending time with his family and friends, and playing basketball with his grandson, Kayshaun.

Preceding Bobo in death is his parents, Alverta, and Leroy; his son, Quamaine; two sisters, Mary, and Rosa Lee (Nookie); and two brothers, Clyde, and James (Jimmy).

To cherish the memories and legacy his leaves behind, Bobo leaves his wife, Rochelle; their 10 children, Quanisha, Erica, Eric {Daysia}, Kiara, Raynell, D’Andre, Elton, Raychelle, Dajuan, Jajuan; 4 bonus sons, Tray, Duke, Martel, Antoine; 7 siblings, Excella (Sammy), Detris (Cortez), Laverne, Tyrone, Cornell, Cranston, Leroy; 15 grandchildren, long time best friends, Tony Pratt and Gregory Holland, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and friends.
