Obituary for CARL JONES

Carl Jones, lovingly known as "Brotha Man" was born September 7, 1968 to
Robert Jones and Josephine Chase. On February 14, 2015, Carl departed this
life to be with God in eternal rest.

Carl was educated in the Calvert County public school system, and post high
school, he received his commercial driving license and embarked on a career
as a professional truck driver. Over his 25-year career as a truck driver, Carl
worked for a number of companies in Maryland and Delaware.

On August 19, 1989, Carl married Greta Buck and they remained married for
fifteen years. From this union, they had two children, Tra'Vaughn and
Brittnae'.

Carl excepted God as his personal savior in his early years and was later
baptized at the Church of and God in Lothian, Maryland. Carl later became a
member of the Royal Oak Pentecostal church in Landover, Maryland, where
he was ordained as a minister in June 2013.

Carl also had a passion for people which led him to become a certified EMT
for the North Beach Fire Department, where he received a lifetime
achievement award. He also served as a driver for AAA Ambulance
Company for two years.

Carl was preceded in death by his grandmother Hazel Chase and his
godparents, Alnutt and Ruby Chase.

Carl leaves to cherish his memories three sons: Tra'Vaughn (Danielle), Carl,
